Very clean and well looked after. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were about a North American 3 star. Plenty of free parking out on the street directly in front of the hotel. Excellent free wireless connection. I'd stay there again!

Not the hotel's fault but the beach in Nahariyya was advertised in the tourist info and guide books as being one of the best in Israel. I found it to be in need of a good cleaning. The surf was up when I visited so it wasn't safe to go into the water because of all the rocks in the water. There is a lot of private access to the beaches.

Family run hotel with pleasant helpful staff. Quiet position but ideal for access to centre of Nahariya. Excellent Israeli buffet breakfast (but coffee so-so).

Slightly tired and dated decor. Air conditioning in our room made a noise like a machine-gun & had to be turned off.

The breakfast was great and staff were unfailing helpful and welcoming.

What a wonderful family run hotel. The staff cares about you and tries to meet your every need. The breakfast was outstanding -- again they made the extra effort. The location is close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Parking in front was great. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Jaccussi and the very friedly Staff

The breakfast was very good. Many choices including omeletes made to order. Room was very large.

I attempted to sleep earlier in the evening, at around 10pm some fellow americans occupied the room next to me and had what seemed to be a competition for who among them can speak more loudly or laugh more annoyingly.

1-Educated nice staff handling the clients with excellency while dealing with the tourists needs.2-Complete buffet breakfast offering high level of nutrients, materials, other meals offered according to the client's needs or possibilities.3- Excellent value for money-4-Best for families, mature and lonely people, also due to Frank Hotel' atmosphere-5-Strongly reccomended also due to short walking distance to the sea shore, public area and downtown central main shops.

The rooms were good sized and well appointed. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had forgotten a power converter for US voltages and they helped me find one from items left behind by other guests. As a first time visitor to Israel I found the location to be very relaxing; close to the beach, some shopping, and reasonable food choices. I will stay at the Frank again.
